I found a way around it
I deleted the mmcblk0p5 and mmcblk0p6 logical partitions and created three new logical partitions and I made the 5th partition or should I say mmcblk0p5 1mb in size
and then I created two more partitions aka mmcblk0p6 and mmcblk0p7 and I mounted your OS on mmcblk0p6 and the original gingerbread OS on mmcblk0p7 and so far all is good
