If you are using the last version from testing, you can insert the initial letters of name/surname/phone number in recipient field and then select the one you want with doubleclick. Consider that 2=a,b,c,2. For example "ale" = 253 (more easy to do than explain, take a look at pics in first post)
Otherwise, if you are using the version from extras, this feature is still missing.

About dutch I can build the dictionary easily, read few post before to know what I need (or the modified first post).
