$20/month Cingular (now AT&T) MediaMAX 200. As far as I can tell, the data usage is unlimited. Though I imagine that wouldn't pan out if I pushed it.

It's not technically a tethering plan, but they seem to turn a blind eye to it (not that they could tell unless I started using BT or somesuch).
