but it has to do with pr1.2 ! frings seems to work under my brothers phone with pr1.2 so damn fine!!

pr1.2 consists of what? what makes pr1.2 different than pr1.3?

fring is messed up in my view because of pr1.3's pulseaudio driver.

I mean, Fring works on pr1.3 but you cant voice call anymore! but on 1.2 is darn fine!!call anyone they would hear you and you hear them clear as glass!

so ideas?
