Glad that you understood

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libavcodec52: Depends: libspeex1 (>= 1.2~beta3-1) but it is not installable

tried libspeex1 and its not in the respository ?
it was working before with the first jflatt's keyboard patch which was on the other thread.. is this the new update
This is because you have tried to download the Testing version.
You see javispedro? I already knew that, the fix to this problem will hurt! The user will need to enable the Devel Repos, download libavcodec52(Don't forget to update your apt-get first).Next, the user will need to disable the Devel repos and enable the Testing repos(Update apt-get again).Download the libavcodec52 again. If you are lucky, you won't face the"Missing dependencies" problem. There is another beast! Preenv should initialize the library properly. It fails to do it at most.If you have passed all of those,I should tell you, this won't fix the invisible hero problem(at least for me).Maybe this problem has happened because of the new way of rendering offered with the new preenv.Better to revert it to the older version and try my older fix(With the jflatt's fix) I will post it below, this will work for now:
