Oh, and dpad_center_mouse is an index of which multi-touch mouse you're faking. The real one seems to always be 0, I set the dpad to 1, and other buttons to 2,3,4,etc. From what I've seen, the pre can handle 5 simultaneous presses, but I have no idea what would happen if you set those really high.
