No way to confirm who this person is, but who would claim to be an engineer with Sprint if they were not?
He's right... Chicago, D.C, & some Texas markets should be just about complete. Clearwire was just part of the plan as a short cut to a nationwide system and only affected markets with Clearwire's presence I beleive.
