Okay, you are twisting my words. No one said these phones are stolen from other EU countries. And no one says Romania is a big black market. They were just bought from there, in large quantities (thus with a lower price) and then are sold here, before the official launch, at a much higher price. They are sold in their original packaging, SEALED. So they are not stolen. But you have a point in the "avoiding taxes" area. But then, after phones get officially released here, these "guys" sell their merchant-dice at a much lower price that via official channels. But please, let's stop this discussion here. It's a bit off topic. All I wanted to point out in the first place is that proof of purchase can be difficult to obtain it multiple situations.
