You did not set an alarm!
The trigger level buttons are not visible as they are not needed.
Without an alarm, there is no usage for them!

It might be that SleepAnalyser is dependent on one of those packages. Its very hard to tell which packages are really needed.
Why did you disable SSU? They are per se enabled and I would not know a reason to disable it.
