set up the "nowatch" directory to point to where your game sounds are. or anything else you dont want indexed.
you can also set it not to index any music smaller than say 1mb.
edit: oh and then do a rebuild database from the drop down menu at the top if you want to get rid of stuff already indexed, your device might slow down for a bit while it re-indexes all of your media.
