/dev/mmcnlk0p1:

mount /dev/mmcblk0p1 /home/user/MyDocs



Thanks so much for the help guys, i hope the end is in sight and i can get this fixed!
Ok, easier now:

1)
sudo gainroot

2)
umount /dev/mmcblk0p1

3)
fsck.vfat -f /dev/mmcblk0p1
