uhhh, generally that's good advice, but i don't think anyone has asked that one yet
it's not like uninstalling a normal app, because it triggers a bunch of other things to get installed. so uninstalling might be unsupported, although if they can tell us what the problem is, we can probably suggest something better than a reflash.
