I'll start the post with an apology - I have searched here and on geotoad's wiki regarding this but can't find the particular issue I'm having but if it has been just point to the right thread.......

I've just gotten into geocaching and downloaded geotoad and gpxviewer. When I run geotoad from gpxviewer tools menu it appears to query geocaching.com and find caches. It then tells me it has placed the downloaded files into a file on the memory card. When I look there no files at all are there. What am I doing wrong? I have to say I assume its something I haven't done rather than an issue with the program so any help appreciated
