I hope Nokia tells it will port Dalvik to Meego, so future Nokia device owners can install and use also Android applications as well Qt-applications.
Why would anyone then settle to have Android-phone, when (s)he could have both worlds at the same time (and without rebooting as with N900 NITroid/Maemo)?

Wouldn't hurt if Microsoft would start to make applications to Meego also, but that is something which would surprise me a lot.

The worst scenario is if Nokia drops MeeGo and takes Windows7 to mobile phones. Windows7 hasn't succeeded even now, so hardly having "nokia" printed on the device would help the matter.
