I was root... This is exactly what I did

root

leafpad /usr/share/hildon-desktop/transitions.ini

scrolled down to [home]

changed things to the settings I mentioned

[home]
saturation = 1
brightness = 1
zoom = 1
radius_more = 0
radius = 0
zoom_applets = 0

killalll hildon-desktop, even reboot,

natha results


EDIT:SOLVED!!!!!
