in xterm:

sudo gainroot
apt-get remove Inst white-carbon-theme
apt-get remove Conf cloudy-blue-sky
apt-get remove Conf white-carbon-theme

MIGHT help, it looks like there has been a problem installing one of these 3 at some point, its hanging round in memory wanting installed but keeps failing, this can happen with apps from devel for a variety of reasons, or it could have been a one off with your install. until its fixed you'll have problems installing anything.
