I don't think Nokia can thrive on one device. It requires a whole different strategy, mindset and execution by the company. That's why Elop drove down the point that by going MeeGo route, they're likely to end up with just 1 (high end) device by year's end.
It's still February now.
That's a risky bet.... and I'm betting (huge) that he's working his *** off to steer Nokia off that course.
