It's a kernel thread. You can't kill it.
I know that, but it could try to kill any runaway processes that aren't kernel threads.

And I noticed that even if I change cpu frequency to powersave ASUI shows 400 mhz (red color) and advanced battary shows 165 mhz at the same time.
This problem should've been fixed in 0.4.7.

May be somebody can help u?
