WP7 employs more, if not most, stringent policies in controlling the applications installed, e.g. it does not support native (and unsigned) applications delivered through CAB files, which is in effectively killing the ecosystem that WM has been building for years.

If Nokia really care so much about establishing an ecosystem, then WP7 would not be a suitable option, at least at this stage. May be nobody here is in position to critize Microsoft's mobile marketing strategy, but it seems that their policies on WP7 is heading to quite the opposite direction where Nokia is heading (on Maemo/MeeGo initiatives).

Unless, of course, Elop would like to change the course of Nokia and align their strategies with Microsoft's. That'd be definitely a great news for Samsaung, HTC, Song, etc.
