The only question remaining is... How do you say "Developers, developers, developers!" in Finnish?

People here suggest Nokia has good software ideas but not-so-good execution... Microsoft has programming expertise but seems to be lacking good design qualities lately... this announcement says Nokia will help shape WP7... sounds like a great combination to me! They make up for each other's deficiencies, and MeeGo stays what Maemo & the N900 were... a technical experiment. As I've said before, industry experts are saying that in approximately 4 years mobile processors will have the same processing power as today's low-mid range desktops.
That's
when running desktop software on your phone is going to be important and true convergence can really begin and that's when MeeGo and Nokia's past experience of the N900 can be called upon and really shine. Until that time we have widgets and Angry Birds.
