Limited third-party apps availability
We know the reason ($).

It's prohibited in Saudi Arabia.
No copy/paste
No USB mass storage mode
To prevent pirating (Again $)
Too dependent on Zune software for file management and syncing
No DivX/XviD video support (automatic transcoding provided by Zune software)
Just like apple,MS wants a complete overtake of the media format(Apple says:My Quicktime format is better and MS says:No,my WMV format is better!) (Both fame and $)
No Flash support in the browser
For security reasons.
No multitasking
Only this one is technical I think. You know, Windows was a heavy program since old days. And multitasking will further slow it down.
No Silverlight support and video calls
No internet tethering support
These are technical too. MS may handle them soon, but not for free (Again $)
No sign of free Bing maps Navigation so far
There are lots of navigation softwares in the catalog, but most of them are not free(And again $)
Just my opinion.Don't take it too serious.
