Nokia is only 1,7% of finnish national GDP, even less of Europe.

Europe losing it's last stand on technology is of course sad. Ten years ago Ericsson and Nokia ruled mobile world supreme. All lost now thanks to decade of arrogance and hubris. Saddest thing is that MS didn't even have to buy Nokia. That way at least some capital would have flown to Europe. Ballmer's brilliant move gave the crown jewel of Europe's technology to MS for free.

Back to growing potatos I guess.
