This will not work: once license granted, you can't revoke it just because you've changed your mind. Sure you can close future version (as long as nobody else committed or if they all agreed to transfer copyright to you so you can change licensing at all). However there is nothing will prevent me, you and anyone else from getting previous version under previous license. Simple, huh?
