This NYTimes piece reveals the core problem in Nokia.. They still didn't "get it" after iphone and android ate their lunch... That culture was truly broken and ingrained in the company and would never change... They still don't understand that usability is a huge selling factor for mass market. Its not just removing a few annoying dialog boxes for the n8 (how much of the BILLION dollar r&d buget did it take this??).
