I say also, GOOD for Mr. Elop.
VERY BAD for Finland(=Nokia)

Nokia has a HUGE part in Fin GDP! this will effect an entire country.
I could care less about Elop's money.
At the moment he has NOTHING to lose coming in this deal. we(as a shareholder) take this risk for him. I say that he should have bought some Nokia stock if he really trusted this company. This combined with his Microsoft stock(and options i guess) makes this looks ugly.
to summarize:
having both nokia and microsoft stock - OK!
having only nokia stock - OK? (as this is a losing situation for nokia)
having only microsoft stock - WRONG!
