I don't know what's rotten in your opinion, but seems you're referring to sales that are done when you're an insider. You can trade when you're an insider, but it's very risky. Trades after Elop was removed from inside registry can't be found from there, and he was registered again as MS insider when strategic work between Nokia and MS begun.
