I just wanted to share with the community that I have now fixed the lock code problem!!!!!!

There was simply no way to get this working and had been told that my phone was "broken".

I tried every method suggested but still nothing worked...

That was until I came across this YouTube video which explains how to reset it. It fixed my "broken" phone so you could give it a try if you're stuck and see if it works for you...
