It's little above 3 million, if I remember correctly the number I saw this morning -- so not so much really. I guess his yearly salary at Nokia is comparable to the profit he'd make from the MS shares.

What is more interesting is whether there are other incentives. I don't think many people would disagree that MS gains much more from this than Nokia...
