Today I got a SMS telling me that my device ready to be picked up. I ran to the SELTIX shop and happily(as in stupid) gave my signature.

Back at home I looked at screen, which was without visible scratches: 1 long and 4 short scratches, 3 of the 4 short ones are deep. The mainboard was replaced, so it must have happened during this task.

So I went back and complained. The answer: you shouldn't have given your signature without looking at device.

Thanks Mr. Care Point douche, I know that. But what is the point of having a guy looking after the details rather than doing it myself if he doesn't? Isn't that what "care" and "support" is about?

Well, one can say that I screwed it up. But I feel pretty much screwed by Nokia and that won't happen again since I won't buy any device from the company any time soon.

Thank you Nokia, thank you very much.
Nokia? WTF seriously?

If I would go to a local Wallmart and bought dildo and took it to local repair shop VibFix because it didn't fit in my a** and it didn't vibrate and after awhile got new one and at home found out that itīs half brown then would I start yelling that manufacturer of this dildo is screwing me (hmmm..perhaps in this case we could also say that) or should I go back to VibFix and tell them that THEY screwed it up. And if they end up laughing to me then I would probably contact customer attorney or what ever it is called in your country. Also writing couple of reviews online and giving details about this shop where you tell facts about this repair shop would not hurt. I would not start yelling that manufacturer has screwed me.

Local care points do fixing themselves or they send it to another care point where they fix all kinds of phones. Not only Nokias.
