The pen on the HTC flyer is looking really, really enticing. The thing is 7", has an active digitizer and will get honeycomb. The only thing that has me a bit worried, is that the battery life is supposed to be sub-par (due to a small battery) which is a huge strike against it IMHO.

This should have been a premium device, but it seems that HTC is marketing a budget device with a gimmick. If this is true (which it very well may not be), then they are testing to see whether the pen will find a market. My only issue with this is, it's hard to judge the performance performance of a pen-equipped device, if the roll-out device is annoying in other areas.

It's too soon to tell, yet. But I'm going to be watching this one.
