Okay, assuming nitdroid kernel is in MyDocs:

root
mount /home /and
dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/NITDroid-kernel-Mido.Fayad.deb
Then do NOTHING, just turn off your N900, and turn it on again, and choose Nitdroid.
