Now that Nokia employees are going to be basically working for MS, there is a danger for those hoping to make a career in Free/Open software at some point that they will become IP Contaminated!

Contamination is the term used when a programmer (whether open source or proprietary) is exposed to the proprietary source code of another party such that they will have potentially gained knowledge of that source code.
