You need either desktop command execution widget or queen beecon widget. Also, you need power kernel. Then use whichever scripts you want want from this page http://wiki.maemo.org/Desktop_Comman...Widget_scripts (The temperature one in your case) Copy and paste the script from within your n900 into either dcew or qbw and save and run. Also you do have to enable temperature monitoring http://wiki.maemo.org/Desktop_Comman...ts#Temperature (The bottom one) Once the widget is on the desktop, all you have to do then is load it in xterm
sudo gainroot
modprobe bq27x00_battery
You just have to reload this last command after each reboot/power off to show the temperature again. Hope this helps.
