For everyone who's unable to update after 0.2.366:
Download qgvdial.tar.gz
Code:
sudo gainroot
cd /opt
tar -zxvf <path/to/>qgvdial.tar.gz
Then use HAM or fapman or apt-get upgrade to update qgvdial.

What is the problem: The uninstall script needs to run the qgv-util utility to uninstall the phone integration. In 366, this utility was deleted. As a result, uninstall did not find those utilities and fails to uninstall... which fails the install.

The code above will extract the contents of the archive into the locations that the uninstall script expects.
When you upgrade after that, the uninstaller will find the binaries, uninstall, then use the binaries in the latest to install and all should be good.
