YES the uber-popular windows CE pocketpc 7 OS is going to put Nokia at the center of the map. This happens due to a signed overflow, since microsoft maps only work for areas the size of redmond, which places nokia at the center.

With android at least nokia would've saved some money on building a new BSP.
Now they get some coffee money, a shitty OS, and have to write code to babysit the new OS.
