Pasih... you're just inventing things... negative things, specifically. A little bit of digging before engaging in wild speculation will reveal that due to regulatory issues he wasn't allowed to divest himself of MS shares and acquire Nokia shares. You don't need to know all of the regulations to know that there would be problems if he engaged in large Nokia stock transactions right before announcing a new corporate strategy, significant layoffs, etc. or engaged in MS stock transactions right before signing a deal with them. That would be insider trading. It's not damage control, its regulatory control.
