This doesn't matter really. Don't look at the lower end devices. Moore's law eats up low end devices with time. Nokia will need 1-2 years to get first WP7 phones. Unitl then, then-cheap SoC will be able to run WP7. What is more an issue is the fact that WP7 doesn't scale as well upwards as Meego/Maemo did: Smartphones in 1-2 years will have functionalities from iPad and even more complex SW stacks on board (IPv6 etc.). This was no problem with Maemo's "deskop-linux" inside incl. X11, java, etc. With WP7, not even all mobile standards are implemented ...
