Something strange is going on here... I have one single transitions.ini How else could a theme change the transitions.ini?

NVM. Not to blame someone, but d-iivil's Theme Customizer appeared to be the culprit in my case, I'm still tweaking this, but maybe I got this solved... there is a /opt/theme-customizer/transitions.ini apparently that is used when TC is installed.

-----

/opt/theme-customizer/transitions.ini is a copy of the original, with some CSSU enabled transitions as a default. It can be selected to be used as a base for a theme in Theme Customizer. As I haven't used that option, I only have the original /usr/share/hildon-desktop/transitions.ini in use, as the theme doesn't specify its own. The original is used. Which still has the default options, 'disable all new transitions', which doesn't get honored by hildon-desktop that is updated? edited? by CSSU?

So CSSU might have a bug? I shouldn't have any programs that change hildon-desktop other than the before-mentioned Theme Customizer.

Has anyone else these issues that I have?

----

I tried commenting the few last lines out from transitions.ini and did killall hildon-desktop after save, nothing is different.

After testing, I think that if I have the Phone running in the background, the different 'panes' in Settings (which is vertical) open rotated if I have the Phone set to portrait and the phone is held portrait. When Phone is set to 'vertical' that didn't happen, even when phone is held portrait. But I can't repeat that behavior 100% of the time, there seems to be a lot going on, also if the Phone is set to launch when rotated seems to have an effect. I'm hoping someone updates something and everything works after that.. =( The (hildon) menu always rotates if the phone is held portrait. The flippings in Settings don't bother me, as I have no need to use them frequently. If anyone missed something, I have an issue with the menu rotating. I don't want it to.

I used to have the 'Phone' set to portrait and launch on rotate. Everything else was horizontal, like it is supposed to be; some apps like mapper did their own rotating, but I never needed the portrait option anywhere else. And everything worked just fine until the 12.1 update today.

Also, d-iivil's TC seems to work just fine, it seems to have no ill effect on the transitions.ini behavior, or rather, it works as supposed in replacing the themes' transitions.ini if the user chooses to do so.
