I am hoping 4.3 on the pearl will fix it. I can sometimes with enough effort get browsing to work but nothing reliable. Getting the phone to tether is quite stable. The only thing I have noticed is that once I have the phone tethered. I will need to reboot the phone before I can get it to tether again. I am have .107 from TMO on my TMO pearl.
