Okay, solved.
To who has problems with video playing, try using stock kernel.
I was using 250-900 Mhz, it had problem. Stock kernel was ok. Tried 125-1000 and it worked! Even 125 Mhz is an avoided one, it worked. Something mysterious happens in my N900 it seems.
Worths trying.
edit: definately something mysterious happens, can't play vids again.
