insert cd to drive in your pc, power on your compuiter,insert ununtu live cd, pres F2 or F11 or F8 (i dont know which key is attached to select boot order in your pc) , select boot from CD/DVD and wait, ubuntu will load from cd ... when u restart pc, pc boot normal from hard drive (windows).
