Actually we can have just the latest version number and it's status for rotation. Incase an application's previous version works better in portrait mode, it may have to be mentioned as a special case,

Also, we need to increase the profile of the wiki page with developers and users so that instead of the information just being there, concrete steps can be taken to improve portrait mode by the developers.
