recently experienced a major problem with my phone

most of the folders on my internal memory refuse to get recognised, screenshot attached.. says choose a programme

when ever i connect it to my PC(windows 7) it says do u want to fix errors constantly and i cant dismount the phone normally

cant open new pictures and documents etc as memory isnt accessible and i cant save any thing to the memory

reflashed the image to global PR1.3 but didnt work

any thoughts
