I can't reproduce your issue here.
This is what I tried:
Select "AlarmDisplayClock" as clock style.
Set alarm to 10:35.

Result:
Alarm time is displayed as "10:35" or "10:35 AM" respectively.

What are your steps for reproducing this issue?
Do you have multiple alarms set?
