Thanks for the good post. I rarely bother to read this "long" posts (I'm looking at you, Mentalist Traceur ) but this was written quite well so I managed to read it all the way through.

I agree with you, there's not a good replacement for N900, for now, in the market. I've made quite clear about how I think about Android so I'm not going to go there now. I've considered WebOS if MeeGo fails to be my replacement, since I'm end-user with little information of power-using so I'd really just need Terminal/irssi, MMS and I'd be set.

However, I've also considered buying a second N900, maybe just for testing purposes. I'd love to install Community SSU again but I'm trying to keep my N900 stable, since I'm quite done with re-flashing.
