Well after reading for half the night I found the solution on why some of us were having trouble not seeing the "Clock per Desktop" section for the advance clock plugin,, the file downloaded from the repos seem to be an older file version you need the newer one..advanced-clock-plugin_0.15.3_armel.deb and it will show right up,,
