And Rebski... I made that point sometime ago in a post. We will just have to wait and see what the new terms are.

BTW, I've been all over both the old and new apps (post coming later). From what I see there is no way that the software is time limited and it should continue to work for as long as it is on the device.

What can be time limited is access to their server for map updates and such. In that case, as was also said before, 3 years is a long time for map support in the personal navigator bid'ness.
