If you use Firefox on your desktop then get an extension called UnPlug.
http://unplug.mozdev.org/

You just click on the UnPlug toolbar icon and you get a list of URLs and a SAVE button for any Flash or other embedded media in the web page you were browsing.

There may be other similar extensions, I just ran into this one first and it does the job for me.
