N900 does not charge to 100%,battery dies after 4-5 hours.

And 'Battery is full' is never displayed even after charging stops and I connect USB again to see whether 'battery is full' message is displayed or not,but it does not show it.

Why so?

Change I did recently :
1)Flashed FIASCO only,not eMMC.
