This is completely baffling to me. I have an .avi file that's 720MB on my desktop. I open Media Converter, set it to N800 High Quality (the middle selection in the drop down list), and I end up with a 774MB file? How does THAT work out?

Isn't the idea of the Media Converter to reduce the filesize and optimize it for the processor/screen size of the N800?
